This might be a little late reply but I'm not sure, and I'll tell you what I think anyways. I think that the background it by far the best feature and I also like how you can have your own preview/description for a game or application etc. If anybody want to see a video of what this looks like here one is and the background shown is personaly my favorite (unless someone show or gives me a better one)http://www.writersgallery.com/MXM/PreviewItsAboutChoice.wmv

Yeah, I'll upload it with the matrix skin and a few others. I'll just include it in the mxm file and all. _________________ Xbox V1.4

I have flashFXP and it's fully registered and all. But when I connect up it connects, but then never shows like my stuff (all my folders) it just sits there like it't connected but doesn't show anything. The size of the file without any skins is 4.96 MB (5,209,882 bytes) _________________ Xbox V1.4

hey Xdox,
Unbelievable mate.. Im hooked.. Say bye bye to 'evox as my main dashboard'.. I will still have it on my xbox ofcourse but now MXM Dash is running (with the matrix skin)..
The backgrounds, pictures and sounds etc are easy to configure and the .xml file makes it a breeze.. hehe lol
Ill be updating my profile (signature) to MXMenu Dashboard coz thats what im running now and my 2nd dashboard favourite is evox..
Maybe a bug?
I noticed if you are running cached menu's you have to manually add the lines below when you install a new app. (i delete everything within the xml and only add the autoadd lines.. This works sweet but i dont want to have to do this everytime i load something new.
Code:
<item>
autoadditem "e:\emulators\"
</item>
I might be doing something wrong but i doubt it..
WHen i add the code listed above to the menu_cache.xml file and reboot the dashboard it scans and adds all the files perfectly. But once it has done that you have to manually go back in and add the code again to update your list..

Yeah, I noticed that before too. I'll look into this more when I have the time. I'm glad you like it though, you should delete the download of Mxm I uploaded before, because it never worked. Thanks _________________ Xbox V1.4

I just installed mxm. Which xml file has the menu configurations? Do you have to modify the skin by adding videos to get videos instead of stills in the game menu? _________________ XBOX v1.5
