Delete config.xml the contents of E/Cache and contents of X/Y/Z. Power off the XBOX and leave it for a couple of minutes so the RAM can flush then power back on.
If you still have an issue download the attachment, extract it and use a USB or memory card to transfer it to E/Apps and run it
You could use a STATIC IP; however, not those currently listed:
IP Address: 192.168.0.2
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.0.1
Change to connection type to STATIC and edit the following two entries:
IP Address: 192.168.1.253
Gateway: 192.168.1.254
Optional: DNS Server - not sure what address your PC is using. Probably 192.168.1.254 so you could add it too. Or, Google's DNS server's IP address: 8.8.8.8
After editing these values, scroll down to Save & Exit and press the (A) button to store your changes.
FTP to the STATIC IP address: 192.168.1.253, login userid: xbox, with password: xbox
Problems with DHCP
When a DHCP configuration results in the IP address assignment of 0.0.0.0, you have no DHCP server running on your network/router/PC or your Ethernet cable is not making a connection/link to your router/switch/hub/PC.
Where do you connect your Xbox to: your router or PC's Ethernet port?
If to your PC, you need to share your Wireless connection so a DHCP server is enabled on your PC to assign an IP address to a connected device - your Xbox.
If and when a DHCP assignment works, FTP to the assigned IP address instead of the static one. (Xbox network type set to DHCP)

Cant believe I missed it your running WPA-2 so you will have to run the MS Dash and enter the login info and get connected then do a soft reset to get back to UnleashX. Use a PC as a router (shared internet) Or else (I dont reccomend) shut down security while using FTP
