You sell out lol. Pity some of the other old timers just dont come around anymore really. Would be nice to see a true return to glory for this place, all the old guys together again.

yep, all the OLD guys.. wow i was 26 when i started Xbox-HQ originally, That was in 2002, but i scrapped that one and started again in 2003. Before creating Xbox-HQ i used to run a satellite-tv an underground hacking website in australia and my first dreamcast site, DCONLY.. that was lame.

But I guess they moved on? I don't even see them on 360hq

i've been digging through some of the older threads and you're NOT kidding they've up sticks and flew the nest!
that's a shame but it seems to be the case regardless of site/community!
in consideration to neutrality/objectiveness, all it takes is an IRL situation (or change of heart) and that's it!
most of the time it isn't the case (site/user politics) but for the ones that do, all we can do is wish them well in their future endeavors!
you never, know, they may pop in to say hello?
i hope so, seen some interesting threads (and a COOL username shortacid)

Modgod left many years ago. dkoots i havent seen in ages. Some of the other staff who i wont mention their names got shipped off to afganistan etc, things didnt work out too well unfortunately for those guys.
I don't think you guys realize how many guys we did have. spanning both 360-hq and xbox-hq we had over 50 active staff.. Most still pop in, but come on, its not like they get paid! It's a big job to do this for a hobby, man if i didn't run and own HQ i could be living in a nice house on the beach, just put it that way. It's an expensive hobby, i knew this to start, but its what i do! Gaming and Hacking has been my life and will continue to be till the day i die.
Some guys just let their mrs/girlfriend put their balls in their purse. hahah not me.

not to go off subject but i can SERIOUSLY relate to that!
believe it or not, it's why i treat females the way i do...(never keep them long enough for anything meaningful)

10 years sure is a milestone, it's really amazing seeing how active the network still is.
It's funny to think almost 5 years ago, I modded my first xbox I had bought from a pawn shop long ago then found this place and was amazed of what all I could do with the little black box! Sadly, that xbox doesn't work anymore though I keep it around since it has a sentimnental value to me.
Also, just to throw this out there if you're ever needing a programmer don't hesitate to ask.
