It looks like a clone of an aladdin chip to me.. but ill have a hunt through my colelction of chips and see if i can properly ID it for you.

i think it said xecuter (2???) on startup but its been awhile and the hdd that was on went bad

It saying xecuter2 at start up is just the Bios the Chips running ........... My guess its an Akira clone.

i think you were right it IS xecuter2 lite but is 2.0 not 2.1
