its a link from the AID page so I would assume its a decent site (lots of ads)

There should be 21 files for the AID 4.52 release, so that is correct.
I'm pretty sure the .rar file is part 1, so you should have it.

I'm new here how do i go about getting. The auto installer update packe kit were i can just add on to my xbox without ftping into it.I dont have a computer anymore it crashed on me.I also was wondering could anyone be kind enough to post a link for this file Auto-Installer Deluxe v3.0 [AID 3.0]

You need a computer to use AID. To download and to either update and burn to dvd-r or FTP to your XBOX. The update pack is available here
