myxbox did have ae71 code I fixed that. Went to move the console and set it up in another room then I got another code flashing code 0031 then I was told that code is a e13 code need help to fix

Info: Dashboard launch failed (due to missing/bad key, or anything else that would prevent it from running) and the dashboard didn't specify why it failed.
Solution: Lock the Harddisk if not done so. Try updating your M$ Retail Dashboard using the 'HQ Auto Installer Deluxe'. or manually download and install one of the 4 different Microsoft Dashboard versions.
