i have modded two xboxes and i am trying to mod my third i am using mechassult and i have the run linux file and i put it on the hardrive run the game and i have on of two problems either i get error code 21 or i have a select mission screen and it says select level and i press it and i select it and the screen just flashes and it frezes that way what am i doing wrong?

Could be either the file you're copying over is corrupt, or theres something wrong with the memory card.

Firstly I'd recommend grabbing a hold of Softmod Installer Deluxe v5.10 from www.aideluxe.com

Just by chance, is your memory card an Action Replay brand card? If so, that could be your problem too, they're known not to be reliable.

no its not an action replay card i downloaded the sid program about 6 months ago so are you saying there is a new one out and you could be right it may be corrupted but my problem is now my mechassult disk broke its really sucks and its hard to find around here so i am having to order it online Crying or Very sad

Just remember you could also get 007 Agent Under Fire or the first Splinter Cell if you have problems finding Mechassault.
