I would say you could use a application on your pc to stream the videos to your xbox 1.. I have used a program called TVersity which streams youtube and all sorts of videos from the internet to your pc/xbox/360 etc..

I used to use it constantly until i finally saved for a NAS (Network Attached Storage Server).. They use a similar program to stream meda for the xbox 1, 360, ps3 & psp etc..
Works very well..
If anyone wants a good NAS Server check out these ones:

If you like torrenting etc they are useful too coz you can install a torrent program and turn off your pcs and use your NAS for just about everything.
