I have my xbox connected to my laptop via crossover cable. I am able to FTP with FlashFXP, but it takes very long, it also says "pasv not implemented". When i try to connect via Cxbox tools it says the same thing but does not connect to the xbox.
So I am able to FTP, but it takes about 3 hours for a game, which is very long, and i wonder if it has something to do with the "pasv not implemented" > I have check the options, but cannot see anything that says PASV.
So, my questions are:
What is PASV?
Will implementing it allow for faster transfer?
IF yes, how do I implement it?

Pas mode will move things along faster but not by that much, look in you xbox dash network settings for pas mode and in Flash ftp under your connection manager options.
