Is it easy to put it on? How do you add characters and the such on it? would I just dump under my emulator folder on xbox?

Sorry no one has helped you with this so far, we get questions on it all the time so it looks like i am going to need to work with it and make a tut for it.
I am 95% sure that it is not as easy as dropping it in the EMU folder, you need a Linux launcher like DSL i think.
I will be out for the weekend and will get to working with it when i get back.

btw http://www.darcelf.tk/ The downloading portion of xmugen could not be found on this site. and I hear this is where I can get it. Either that or some odd thing my puter doesn't load it properly. sorry for the hastle

Yeah i just got a cut of all the needed files but need to work with them a bit to figure out how it works, its turning out to be a pain.

MUGEN is an arcade style fighting game.It uses user created characters and stages that can be found almost anywhere on the internet.
