Modded Xbox back in 2005. Worked great for years. Suddenly on power up I can hear it try to boot twice and then just flash red-yellow. I never see any video. So I yank the chip and try to boot. It goes through normal boot and then sees my modded HDD and quits with a code 12. Well I guess the chip is either dead or corrupt. I toss the switch in recovery mode. It boots and shows it is try to load from the disk drive (no disk), then the HDD. Then just flashes green over and over.

I think I need to flash the chip with a disk in recovery mode but not sure.
Also I went to www.teamxodus.com to find the lasted OS ISO to flash but the website didn't come up.

Where can I get the ISO to flash my chip?

If you think its the BIOS then use the AID disk to reflash it, you can download AID with a bit client here: http://www.aidtracker.com/

Thanks. Actually that is exactly what I did. I found a very old AID disk I made back in '05 (back when my donation allowed me access to the downloads....expired now I guess) and was able to recover the OS.
