Hi Alessandro,
Ok, let me see if I can help.
First of all, from the pics you have supplied let me see what I can tell you.
Firstly, your C drive is 336Mb, not 336Gb. You have 4Gb free left on the E drive, suggesting that you still have the standard 8Gb Xbox hard drive in there. This is the standard one that came with the Xbox at manufacture.
Your dashboard is EvoX, and your using the EvoX M8 BIOS. This means that you have a chip installed, but the pictures do not identify which one. You'd need to open it up and take a pic of the actual chip in order for us to identify it. There isn't necassarily a need to upgrade either the dash or the BIOS. I myself use EvoX as my dash. In the end it comes down to personal preference and whatever you feel comfortable with.
Ok, the second picture shows the standard Microsoft Dashboard, the one that came on the Xbox originally. However, as the text and menu options are missing, and you say that it freezes your Xbox, I would say that your Microsoft dashboard has become corrupted and stopped working correctly. A reinstall of the MS dash should fix that problem for you.
I hope this has helped a little bit. If you have any more questions, feel free to post and we'll do what we can. If you can get a pic of the inside up to, we should be able to identify the chip for you too.
You will need a bit torrent client like uTorrent to download AID. _________________

Do u hav a link how to change the HD?
Under my sig, you'll see a link for a program called Chimp. This will enable you to clone your existing HDD to a new, larger one. The tutorial will tell you all you'll need and what to do.

also, just incase you don't know too much, make sure the HDD has an IDE conenction, otherwise your going to be buying a SATA to IDE adapter or just a new HDD in general.
Another tip, is after installing the mod, don't try to access XBL as it may block your account if you have one and you will loose all progress! _________________ Hotswap Tutorial|FTP Tutorial|HyperX Flashing Tutorial

You have downloaded and burned to disc the copy of AID v4.3 yes?
If so, you can find out yourself my friend. Simply pop the AID v4.3 disc into the DVD drive, turn your box off and on, let AID boot and you'll see a screen like the one below. On the right hand side, where the information is displayed, it'll tell you your Xbox version
Than you so so much, using AID, my Xbox is perfect now. The Version is the 1.4
How can i upgrade de xbmc version? Now the Team t3ch made a new version.
Thanks
Alessandro

The AID disc had the latest version of XBMC available at the time, but I'm sure in a future release of a new AID, the newest TECH release of XBMC will be included so that you can upgrade if you wish.
