Is it possible to use XboxHDM to rebuild only C: and E: while keeping everything in F: and G: intact?

I'm still trying to address the "hang up" issue during start up if the network cable is attached to a LAN. Since I already loaded F/G with alot of stuff, I was considering rebuilding C/E from scratch while keeping everything else as is. So using the 1st option in XboxHDM automatically wipes ALL partitions clean?

I think so, you can (if you are careful and don't reboot during) format the C and E with AID then use the prepare C then E and reinstall your MS dash.
Since the soft mod will get shot you will need to resoftmod it to get in to the F drive.
Be careful if you do this and make sure you have a copy of your eeprom just in case.
