Good afternoon,
I have several questions that I am stuck on and I was hoping some you guys out there might be able to assist me. Here it goes. So far every time I have tried to use HCE on through AID 4.0, it has froze up on me in either region, PAL or NTSC. I then found out something the hard way I guess you could say, my xbox runs solely on ntsc, if I switch it over to pal, the screen goes black and white and crazy.
So my xbox runs on ntsc, but the region that HCE is locted in is PAL. I am convinced that this is why everytime I try to use the program the either region freezes up on me when I am to load a map to play. I am in the process of email several people in hopes of solving this.
I just want to take a minute to reiterate what was probably already said...DON'T SWITCH YOU SETTINGS FROM NTSC OR PAL THROUGH ENIGMAH.
Lastly I was going to ftp, my xbox to my pc, to take off the HCE and try to reinstall it. But that has not work for me. It has been quite some time since ftping. Honestly, I can't find my IP address anywhere. my dash is avalaunch. Is my Ip address, the same a a static IP?
If you could direct me to a good tutorial for this part I would be very greatful. Sorry this is so long. Thanks for the help.

NTSC is for us in the states and pal is for euro TVs.
Your IP is your static IP unless your using DHCP.
