Try clearing your E cache folder. Then try it again. If all else fails, you can try the whole process again. _________________

A patch is a file that might need to be ran during the installation process of the game to your hdd. Did you try clearing your E: cache folder? That should be the first thing you do everytime an error of some sort occurs on your box. I clear mine about once or twice a week.
The problem you have has a solution, but some things need to be ruled out first. So try to clear the cache folder and then try to redo the copy and get back to us. _________________

alright, so i cleared the cache through ftp, then reinstalled the game. Actually, i cleared the cash, deleted the old one, then installed the new one, if it matters.
So on to something new?

Future reference, when you need to clean your cache you don't need to delete anything. All you have to do is enter your file manager and erase whatever contents is in the E: cache folder. Maybe that's what you did. You have it worded a little funny. So both of the previous options had no luck?
You might need to install a patch
I'll look and see if I can find some info on the subject. _________________

That sounds nice cabbot. Where did you find that? I just manually clean mine. I heard about that Project Mayhem III skin that had a clear cahce button, but I never got it to work on my system. Can you send me a link? _________________

so, for future reference, where do i get a patch for any game? Is there a place where i can get them all? like game copy world, but for xbox?
The downloads section had hardly any patches, and none for this
If anyone knows, i would really appreciate it
Thanks

Just hang tight there Nightfire. These things take some time, but I can assure you that one of the admins here will get you straight. I'll do what I can, but they can do more for you. Just hold on. You can always just play the game from the disc for a temporary fix. _________________

Now how does this work cabbot? I've never seen it before, nor do I run scripts on my XBOX, but this would be good to have. _________________

alright, so i got it working, but it took a completely different method that i figured out myself.
I used qwix to rip the iso of the disc to my computer, then i burned it and it plays great now from the disc!
Thanks for help

I'm glad you got it figured out man and I'm sorry nobody responded to the topic sooner. Sometimes it's good that you can figure something out yourself so you'll be less likely to forget how you fixed it. Nice work. _________________
