Hey everyone,
My problem is almost not a problem at all, nothing is wrong really... I just don't know where to go from here... I have the Xbox-Hq Autoinstaller installed correctly onto my Xbox, everything is just fine, including my network *have a FTP connection*. What I want to do is save a game onto the HD of my xbox... I have my game's ISO ready and everything, just where do I save it onto the HD so that it shows up under "Play Games from Hard Drive"? Please help me out

now by iso, do you mean 'halo.iso' (for example)
or do you mean a folder 'halo' containing all the games info?
you need to extract the iso to its 'folder' form and then upload the folder to your hard drive, I use 'E:\Games' so if you upload it, it would be 'E:\Games\Halo'
it should then show up in the list 'Play games From HDD'
*if you upload it to the E:, F: or G: it all works the same.
hope that helps some. _________________ XBOX v1.3

using your example it would be "halo.iso", is that incorrect? I understood everything else you said, and it answered my question, thank you. The only thing im confused on is what yr calling the 'folder' form and then just the '.ISO' form, which should it be in and what exactly do you mean by 'folder'?

alright, the .iso is a direct 'image' of the game, meaning if you open nero or roxio or your burning application and you have a DVD burner you will be able to 'file > open > browse > select image > burn' once its complete you have your game..
now by folder form I mean a folder with the game contained inside of it on your computer (I hope that makes sense, its kinda hard to explain) think of it as a .zip file, your have a compressed package (ie: .zip) but when you extract it you have your file/folder (ie: folder form)
your should be able to download 'Craxtion, which will let you extract that .iso into its 'folder' form.
*Craxtion is a program that will allow your to 'create' those .iso files or 'extract' those .iso's into folder form.
you then should be able to upload the folder to the proper directory (as i talked about before) _________________ XBOX v1.3
