I just modded my V1.1 Xbox. I installed a SmartXX V3 chip. My question is what do I do next? I mostly want to run emulators. Can I use AID or is that only for soft modded Xbox's? Basically what should my next step be?I would appreciate any guidence you could give.

Here is what I would do:
1) Flash your chip with an appropriate bios depending on your version of xbox and size hard drive you have in it (need something other than what comes on the chip)
2) use AID to install your dashboard (sorta like a windows gui) first to the c drive then use it to install the applications and emulators you want

flash it with x2 5035 bios
x2 5035 for v1.0 to v1.5 xboxs
x2 5035 v16 plus for v1.6 v1.6b xboxs
use AID 4 to install a dash XBMC is the best install it to C:/ then install APPS EMUS to E:/
because you have a stock hard drive (10Gig) your not going to get a lot on it

Id say get a bigger HDD, because your not going to be able to get many roms/games on the stock HDD. _________________

Thanks so much for all of the help, I will keep you guys updated. And as far as a bigger hard drive, I was planing on upgrading but I wanted to learn some of the basics first.
