Recently, a cop shot and killed a 12 year old boy. The officer said that the boy was approaching his car with what appeared to be a weapon. As it turned out, the boy wanted to grow up and become a cop and was only carrying a bag of chips and a soda. _________________

Thats messed up how can you do something like that. He shot and killed a twelve year old kid that wasnt even armed he has to live with that

Thanks for the link man. If he did have the toy gun I could understand why he got shot. My buddy has an airsoft gun he painted black that looks just like a real gun. But, if he didnt have it and just had the chips and pop, Thats some bs the kid got shot. _________________

no problem man....yeah i could understand if he had a toy gun but dont u think that maybe he should have confronted him first considering the fact that hes only 12? and to think that could have been your kid or your baby sister or your niece or nephew or anything! _________________

Kids are getting crazier and more violent these days. It wouldnt be hard for a 12 year old to get ahold of a gun either. So if he did have the toy gun, and say pointed it at the cop, hows he gonna know its a toy. I know if I see a gun pointed at me, and I have one myself, that bitch is getting dropped. Now I'm not trying to defend the cop, I hate the dirty pigs. I'm just saying that if the kid did have the toy on him and pointed it at the cop, hes a dumbass and deserved to get shot. But if he only had the chips and soda, that cop is F%^@ed. _________________

I Dom't understand why a 12 year old kid would walk up to a police officer and and point a toy gun at him.
At his age he should realise that that cop had a real gun and it was pretty likely that that cop would draw his gun and fire.

yeah i see what ur saying about the toy gun...and i totally agree...if he did have the gun and pointed it at him then yes the cop acted solely on what he was trained to do and more so common sense...our resource officer back in high school almost shot a student b/c he was pointing a laser pointer at him! which i cant really say that i blame him! but i also think that a lot of the young cops are trigger happy and cant wait to fire at someone _________________
