hi im fairly new to xbox hq. im also fairly confused as to howq do i ftp emulaters and roms to my xbox and as to were they go/ i already know how to get into network settings in unleash x just dont know how to ftp or were to put the roms and stuff if its possible can i get some kind of tutorial or walktrough much appreciated thx in advance.

well, if you can get AID you can install whatever emulator you want off of there. if not, you can just create a folder in your e or f drive called emulators, and just ftp them in that folder.

i have aid on my computer but i dont know how to use it or make the disk and that would be a great alternative if i could get some help with that instead sorry lol im kinda a noob

did you download it? if so just click into the downloaded folder and right click on the first hqaid rared archive and tell to extract (to a specific location where you created a folder)
for instance make a folder called AID 4 in my documents and tell winrar to extract all the files to that folder.
when that happens you will have an iso file in that folder somewhere. now, you can either burn that iso file, or you can open up the aid iso updater and open your iso file, then you have add-on packs you can choose from to add to the iso, then itll update your iso. it will become larger because you are adding stuff to it. i would recommend this so you have a full version of aid, and you can choose what you want and dont want when you are actually installing on your xbox. once you have the iso file made, then open up dvd-decryptor and burn it (the iso - image) to a dvd at 2x speed. depending on what kind of drive you have is determines if you use dvd+r or dvd-r, or either. then when you have the iso burned to a dvd, then put the dvd in your modded xbox and boot it up, and after 30-40 seconds itll boot into aid and then you can choose your dashboard, applications, emulators and whatever you want to have on your xbox.

Or, if you want to ftp them, all you need to do is get an ftp client. Flash fxp is by far my favorite, but its not free. Theres a 30 day trial period. A couple other good ones are smart ftp and cute ftp. Just do a google search to find them. In order to ftp, all you need to do is put in the ip of your xbox (you can see it either on the main screen or in the settings), and since your using unleash x, the password and username are both xbox. As for your emulators put them in the emulator folder on the e drive if its softmodded,and or your f drive,g drive,e drive if its hard modded.Your roms go into the roms folder which should be in which ever emulator you have.So when you ftp them you would click the emulator folder,then the emulator.Then drag and drop the rom to the roms folder.Pm me if you get confused?
