something isnt connected as well since you took it last off and on...or either the bios file got corrupted...do you just have one bios on the chip?
or do you have any other bios files stored up on the other banks?

Its the connection to the motherboard.I have the same chip but i soldered it.And i had gotten the same problem.So i took it apart and checked it out.Its turns out i'm not good at soldering.One if the pins that the chip slides onto came loose so i had to resolder it in place.Once I did that it worked.Every once in a while if i move the xbox around alot that same pin will come loose and then i have to resolder it.
