I ended up getting a file that has an .iso extension rather than a .bin or a .cue extension. Does the .iso extension work just like the .bin or .cue files on psxbox or is that something different.

I just run the iso like I would a bin and it works for me.

The newer version of PCSXbox should run iso's without any prob.
