how do i turn off the modchip in the xenium os v2.0 to play on xbl when i add retail kernel it asks me what color of modchip i wanna have lit up if i enable light on mod like red/blue/etc will the mod be on or will i be good if not how do i turn it off?

The first thing you should ever do when installing the Xenium Ice is to set the retail kernel.
Basically, when you select retail kernel, then TSOP, what you are telling the Xenium Chip to do is to load the MS Bios and MS Dash when you select Retail Kernel from the Launch Menu.
You can then specify what color you want the LED to be so you can always be sure that you are not running the modchip. When the Xenium Loads the retail kernel, it will disable itself.
All you have to do to be sure is look on the side of your xbox and see what color the LED is on.
When you select your flash (hacked bios) from the Launch Menu then the modchip is enabled and whatever color you selected for that to be you will see on the side of your machine. Xenium Ice also offers an external LED that you can mount on the front lower panel of your machine so you don't even have to get up to see what color the LED is.
