A friend of mine tried to use a FlashFXP to transfer stuff to his xbox, but he deleted some files and now it won't go past a customer support screen on start up. His Xbox is softmodded and has no clue on what to do. Any help would be awesome.

What error number does it have in the top left corner on the customer support screen?

can you boot up with the aid disk?

In you didnt back up your files and your eprom on your pc or on disk then your best bet is to hot swap your drive and use fatexployer to try to rebuild your dash . It is very slow process but if all falls you alwasy can chip it and you can ftp without a dash. If you do have you eprom then you can use your buddys dash files with your eprom and use linux to restore c drive. Im new to this as well so i would doulble check with the pro's..

IF he has'ent Deleted the Gamesaves he could still re-softmod it with the game he used the first time...... I think
Or restore back to MSdash and start again....
That's if it still boots games.... _________________
