if i made one of those would i be able to use my mp3 player as the memory without making it unable to function as a mp3 player again?

no, the xbox will format it and you will loose the needed files for it to act as an MP3 player.

ok i made my own thumb drive memory card. i got a 1.2 AR software but it wont let me put the saves on it even after the xbox formatted it. help?
