i'm attempting to softmod a halo special edition xbox with the 007 exploit and the softmodDeluxeAutoinstaller-HQ. my bro is an avid xbox live denizen but has moved on to the 360 so he's entrusted this task with me. i've gotten into the evox shadow dash and backed up the C partition, BUT there is no eeprom or even a backups file in the E partition even after using backup on evox dash. where the heck is the eeprom on this thing?! The C has the standard files and a few i've never seen before (lots of audio and extra U-TData), but the rest of the partitions including E are just Udata and Tdata
it shows: C, D, E, H, X, Y
what if it doesn't have an eeprom? evox dash is showing its locked so if i were to xboxhdm i woudl turn it into a paperweight when i couldn't lock it again without the eeprom, or lock it incorrectly without the eeprom so the halo spec ed xbox would not recognize. right? please help. this was supposed to be a christmas gift but he might get it a little belated _________________ XBOX v1.4 : Xecuter3 : 120G

evox saves the eeprom backup in your udata folder, says so when you do the softmod. Reload the softmod menu with your 007 and go into the evox backup menu . from there you can moved the backup to an easier location to find.
