hi,
i have an xbox conected 2 my router which is far away so i made a 20meter network canle which works fine.
but i purchased an xbox360 which is next 2 my xbox whxih i want 2 hook up to my router, now i dont wont 2 keep swaping the cable back and foward is there anything i can do apart from going wireless and a new cable.
any help will be good thanx .........

Get a $10 switch and then wire both of them??? up to you

look to the cheapest network switch (not hub, not router) from your favourite electronics store, places like bestbuy have them on uber cheap usually, I picked up a dynex 8 port switch for $25 canadian, and 8 port is waaay overkill for what you need. Connect your long run to the switch, and connect two short ethernet cables between the switch and your consoles, voila.
