When trying to back up games FTP'ing from xbox to pc using flash fxp or cxbox tool, i get real low speeds and it wants to take about two days!!!! Is this normal? Surely going through the router it should be attaining high Lan speeds, not dribbling out. Suggestions would be cool. Cheers

Try using a different dash when you do it. XBMC works over 20 times faster than EVO X on my box.

In the FTP connection settings, changeit to Passive instead of Port...or the other way around...hmmm...Anyway, whatever it is, change it and try it.

Wow, that seems to have got it. 17 mins to transfer just over 2Gb, Now thats what I'm talking about. I sat for 4 hours the other night watching XBMC dribble over, and that was after taking out logos, trainers and tv channel pictures. Thanks for the help everyone, you've all been very patient Very Happy
