at the bottem of every page on the site it look like a storeo so why make it play muic that would be kool
some think that the user can pick there own muisc from ther pc

Well to have Hq-Radio, we have to be funded to pay royalties and for a licence, and typically a music server as well. All that is a tad bit expensive.
