I just tried to install xbmc as my dash i followed a tutorial how to do it, but after i rebooted i got this error xbmc fatal error no suitable skin verson found we require at least version 2.0000. but it lets me ftp. if u can tell me what i need to do i can fix it. _________________

all you need to do is copy over the /skins/ directory for XBMC..
Sounds to me like it may be missing just more then that too..
How did you install??
You could use Auto Installer Deluxe to do it..
anyway, you can manually ftp files over one by one until its all 100%..
up to you.
If he used the one click install method on AID 3.02 (not 3.03) then he would get this with SID4.5 with installing XBMC to the C drive. Just a shortcut error that was addressed in 3.03 (the main reason for the update pack).
Also, double check to make sure your XML is looking in the right places. Open it up in notepad via FTP and make sure it's looking for the skins in the skins directory on your xbox. _________________ "That which does not kill you, only makes you stronger."
