Well I got error 16 yesterday and I decided to format the HD with AID. When I started AID I got a blue screen that said "UnleashX has detected a new harddisk. Do you want to format your new drive?". I chose to format and after it was done I did, for half a second, see the AID main-menu but then the blue-screen came back and said that it had found a new harddrive. This happens again over and over.
I would appreciate your help if you could tell me what's wrong and a possible solution.
BTW. When I now start the xbox it's error 13.

Um, this is a very complicated problem, I cannot help on this one, I don't have any experience with that error and the stuff you did. However, if you can still launch AID, see what you did and try to reverse it, that is all I can tell you, otherwise, you can wait a bit for DJB, impwiz and the other pros to help you out.

It sounds like you are trying to format a HD that was locked to a different motherboard. What chip are you using. Are you formatting a stock hard drive or a larger one? Was this HD in a different Xbox at any time? _________________ Xbox 1.4
