I've installed and uninstalled SID 4.5 nknave a few times. I've also installed xbmc and moved files around and such, so I don't know what my file structure was when I first installed SID. I just installed SID again but it boots to the MS dash. Any ideas? Oh, I used a program that came with XBMC to change my default dash from evox to xbmc. 1) How can i get evox to run again? 2) How can I get XBMC to be my default dash without using a program to change it? For example, how would I modify the BIOS to reflect what I want?

And now it gives me error 21 whenever I try to run SID (from Splinter Cell, btw).
This is a tad frustrating.

If it can play burned dvds still, pop in SID 3.0 (The ISO disc), and reformat the drive, install the ms dash and do the softmod over again. That should fix it? I think.

1) I don't have a DVD burner. :p I could burn a CD of AID?
2) I can do everything else just fine, i only get 21 when I try to run SID from Splinter Cell.

Okay, so I feel stupid and relieved. The error 21 was happening because I removed the SID installer from my xbox harddrive.
Anyway, I still can't get evox to run.

Well, since nobody seems to want to help me, I'm going to back up my current C and E and replace them with the C and E provided in the AID using ftp (CD's not working). Stop me if I'm wrong.

Update that nobody cares about:
I fixed it. Backed up "bad" C and E. Deleted. Copied C and E from AID disc to C and E on Xbox. Splinter Cell > SID > Backup EEPROM/MSdash > Install Single Boot Evox > Yay it works

K, the people that are here to help are not always available. I, for one, was sleeping. People are always glad to help, but we have lives that come first.
