hey, I have a xecuter 3 mod chip, xbox version, 1.6, when i am in avalaunch and i click on file manager it just freezes, can i get some insight on me being able to get back into my file manager, the update didnt work, i am lost and need some help,

I have a Version 1.0 xbox with Xecuter 3 chip and mine does the same thing.Ive never been able to solve the problem. Hopefully someone else will be able to help.
