is there a way I can return to my dashboard when I feel like it?

Currently I have 5 games on my Xbox HD. Is there a way I can exit from a game w/out having to reboot my Xbox all the time?

well if u have evox as dash then u hit

left trigger, right trigger, back, and the black button next to the white
