The E:\ partition is always enabled in your xbox. That is the drive that stores your gamesaves, MS Dash music etc.
Perhaps when you try to install XBMC from AID, there is simply not enough space on your E:\ partiton. Do you have a lot of music on your xbox? Or apps, games etc.
It just sounds like there is not enough room for XBMC. Use the File Manager on AID to determine how much space is left on your E:\ drive. XBMC requires ~100MB of free space. _________________

Please give us a little more information about your xbox, e.g.
- xbox version
- modded?
- chip, tsop or softmod?
- upgraded hard drive?
- games/music/apps on HDD?
More info about your xbox will make solving the problem a lot easier. Also tell us if you have updated anything, changed any settings, etc.
Thanks _________________
