OK, I have Splinter original version, i transfered the gamesave from the PC to the xbox already. I ran the SID4. I backed up the eeprom and ms dash. Then i ran the Softmod. Did a dual boot install and a evox dash installation. Now i have created the cd for the Auto Installer Deluxe 3.0, i did a cold boot with the cd in the drive and i was expecting to see the AID pop up but nothing. I used a phillips dvd cd, and also i burnt the same thing on a cd-rw but still nothing. Did i do something? Any help is greatly appreciated.

What dashboard did u softmod with? I know it doesnt matter, bc it should still work, but tell me a little more and I will try to help. Make sure you burned to a DVD and used a program such as DVD decrypter, which is found in the pc tools of AID 3.0. Do no tuse cd's they hardly work in only some older xboxes and tweaked dvd drives. _________________ Moddingbandit

check your media, and xbox dvd model, sometimes this can happen.
Tips:
-burn to Memorex CD-RW or Memorex DVD-R (works on all drives)
-only samsung drive supports CD-R, not the others!
-burn the iso in iso mode just in cause you don't know, you don't burn like data.
Nero or app-open-aid.iso-burn disc image to cd/dvd
Hopes this helps. _________________ Xbox v1.1

Yes, you would be safer with a DVD, but its up to you on what you have. Memorex is what I used, even before I knew it was one of the best. lol _________________ Moddingbandit
