Hiya all
I had a mate copy the softmod files, that being the save games and the linux laucher to my memory card, but no matter what I do, the dashbord on my xbox just doesn't see the (I'm assuming) correct saved games.
As far as I know, my buddie just extacted the zip files SID45.NK.Loader.SplinterCell.PAL.zip & SID45.NK.Launcher.zip straight to my memory card via ftp. My mem card showed up as a seperate drive, so he just copied the UDATA folder straight to the root of the memory card. Is this the right thing to do?
When I select my memory card in the xbox dash (unmodded xbox), the only options I get are personalise and erase. This is the 3rd time I've tried this, can someone please point me in the right direction?

no you will need the whole zipped file to put in there. It will then load everything. And are you in america or Britain? You might need NTSC. Just reput both files on there, zipped and try it. _________________ Moddingbandit

and once its zipped and transferd to mem card make sure to choose the files its self not the folder , thats why you saw erase /personalies...

I have re-transfered the zip files, still zipped, straight to the root of the memor card. This is all that I see.

Okies, I got a bit further. I got the files from the auto installer 3. I had another buddie copy the files, and this time, they show up and I was able to copy them over to teh HDD without an probs
We had to extract the zip files and put the numbered folders in the root of the mem card.
However, when I try the splintercell save, the xbox just freezes. When I try Mech Assault I get the below:
NM!! I nuked all splinter cell save games, and it's working now
