I just bought Star Wars Kotor las nite, and i had a question, i made a backup copy of it but i was wondering something, i plan on buyin another xbox for use with live, and i noticed that star wars kotor has live content, i started playing using the burned copy. i have a save on there that came from playing with the burned copy. now i know there isnt a way to play backups on live, so i would have to get the live content using my original copy, but what i want to know is if i transfered that save from my softmodded xbox to the new unmodded one, will that f up the save? as in will i get banned from xbl becuz its a save from a softmodded xbox as well as a backup or will it work the same as if i saved it on the unmodded xbox using the original copy cuz i have several games (battlefront 1 &2 halo 2 doom 3 ) that use xbl and i have been playing them from my backup copies. i dont want to have to start all these games over on my unmodded box so if anyone has the answer please please tell me as this has been buggin me for the past week. _________________ "Pain has a face, allow me to show it to you."

To tell you the truth i have no idea about this one..
I never used XBOX LIVE on my XBOX 1 ever.. lol
I believe most gamesaves are locked to the eeprom or hdd keys..
Ive had issues before backing up and moving to a new machine but only with some titles.
Personally i wouldnt risk being banned.
ABout Downloadable content:
You can nearly be certain it will be locked to the xbox you downloaded it on.
So i wouldnt bother try copying over..
I could be wrong though.. Ive been very busy lately and havent been keeping up on my xbox.

ok well......lol.....um well lets say i removed the softmod from my current xbox and put live on it. would my saves using a backup copy still work that way or would i be better off just deleting the saves and starting over with the original? also i have found a program that resigns saves, so i dont know if that would help at all with transferring the savegames from the current xbox to the new one _________________ "Pain has a face, allow me to show it to you."
