um use xbpartitionar i think thats wat its called its on the aid disk
thats from one of TREFALKM's posts ]
it helped me so it should help u
You have to use a little tool called Xbpartitioner, It sets the size of your hdd partitions. I use it all the time when I softmod and works great, download it from the usual places, or get it off of the AID disk. When you have it on your box run the program and at the screen press start, then you will see 2 windows ( one on top of the other ) the top window shows your C: E: X: Y: Z:, the bottom window shows your F:/G: drive. Move the highlighted portion to the bottom screen and press the "A" button untill it shows the top partition in the bottom window somewhere around your hdd max space, then press start to write table and format partition. A screen will pop up asking if you are sure you want to continue, just press the "Y" button to continue and it will Write and Format the partition. Make sure if you have anything loaded on the F: partition that you back it up to your pc first because it will wipe the entire F: clean. Now you will experience the hdd's full capacity.

I have a similar problem with my hd and i used the same program to format my hd. Is there anyway to keep all games and gamesaves on my hard drive without backing all of it up on my computer. Also does this always work, and would it delete my softmod installed to C: when i do this? _________________ kills more noobs then random grenades

I noticed that no one had mentioned to use AID3 > Format/Prepare HDD> Format G yet, not much sense in preparing it if you dont have it formated first, preparing it only puts the nessary files where they are supposed to be like game apps and emulators . _________________
