IAM REWRITING THIS due to misunderstanding.

1: Alright, basically i want to load different dashboard as default with me softmodded xbox... is thier a file or setting that can be changed so that it will load the dashboard i choose by selecting its location on the harddrive and name? for instance if i want the soft mod to load mxm.xbe on my c:/ partition
is there a config file or anything i can edit? I DONT want to have to rename stuff to like evoxdash and overwrite other dashboards... I like having different dashboards to switch between, they all have different strengths and weaknesses...
2: Another question. Is there a way to load different BIOs using a softmod (no modchipped installed) maybe a modchip emulator persay? I thought that is what PBL was? IF I CAN do this, how would i go about putting the X2 Bios on my harddrive and then loading them as BFM bios?
Hope this clears up the misconceptions... sorry if it was hard to understand before.

if thats to much trouble, is there a way to change the boot order and location that it searches for the default dashboards?
i think the softmod should include this feature in the first place, a config file or something... because i use multiple dashboards.. and like to switch between them every now and then.. and changing the boot order in a simple config file was always so simple on a modchipped xbox...

ok so what i understand is that u want ur softmod to work with ur chip right???
well hate to break it to you but softmods and chips dont go together...
if u install sid 4.0 or 4.5 is betteer cuz u can use xbox live and it has better features..... then sid 3 .0
ur only consurn is to put x3 so u can flip a switch and restore so u can play xbox live i persurme? thats where sid 4.0 and 4.5 come in ... _________________ Xbox 360 Premium edition

Although I don't know how to help, that's not what i thought he meant.
I thought what he was trying to say is that he wants to load a different BIOS onto his softmodded Xbox. I'm not sure if this is even possible, and if it is i would have no idea how to go about it, lol..

ok perfection i understood this time...
basicly u want a diffrent dashboard... , burn aid 3 and choose what dashboard u want installed ..... make sure its from ( install dashboard) softmods.....

Nooo with a softmod u never replace bios nor can have mutiple ones ... that is what a modchip does....
so its like this... softmods only allow 1 bios which is retail bios then it hits a detour and re directs to nkpatcher system ... thats if u have sid 4.o or 4.5
nkpatcher is better then pbl ...... and those 2 bios are the most common used on softmods... but if u want to have mutiple bios then u need chip.... and softmods and modchips dont go together...
