when i try to launch something from my hdd it tells me its disabled while more testing is being done can anyone tell me how to enable so i can launch items from it.

Two things:
1. Have you gone to setting, main option, hardisk tools, and made sure you have that drive enabled?
2. Have you used the A.I.D. disc to install the drive after you modded the xbox? That was my problem when first modding my box. Let me know if that works.
