I have an X3 modded system with UnleashX as the main dash and XBMC on it as well. After the first few times using XBMC it started to lock up on me as soon as I selected it. In the lower right hand corner is Busy Busy. I cant even IGR to get back to the regular dash. I have to eject or power down.
I was told to delete XBMC and reinstall from AID 3. How do I manage to save my skins and whatnot files?

go under the xbmc in FTP. Go into the skins and sace them on your computer. Then delete xbmc once you have another default dash until you reinstall xbmc. The once installed, copy skins back over.
Try deleting your cache.
