hey there to anyone who gelped me before ive been a dumb ass again and done something wrong. i decided to unlock my HDD (i really dont know why) im sure its not too hard to re lock it could someone just tell me how. all i get when i turn on the xbox is an error 5

No need for the swearing and self loathing, this is what we're here for and don't worry about it....... we were all noobs once . Anyways, please give us a little bit more information. Is your xbox chipped or softmodded and do you have an eeprom backup...........

well i have SID 3 and a stock HD and i dont have an FTP connection so i dont have an EEprom backup but i do have the unlock code (i dont know if it matters) i tried to load any type of cd and it didnt work.

i unlocked it with config magic and i have a soft mod

try using Hdd unlock to lock you drive again this program is used on a pc. _________________

yes and you have to make a dos boot disk with the tools on the disk. _________________

ok well you can just put on the locking portion of the program hddlock.exe and hddlock.pas, thats all you really need your only locking the harddrive. See if that works and get back to me. _________________

ok so i tried that it locked but now im getting an error 6 which read up on and means my hd key is wrong. now i rmember when i unlocked it with config magic they gave me some TEAMASSEMBLY code would that have been the right one
