Forgive me for being so dumb. I am tring to use configmagic. I have it downloaded on the computer. What do I do now? is it possible to run from the PC or how can I get the box to boot to it. I don't see an exe file and don't know how to make it run.

reflash eeprom??

No actually I am tring to get it to run so I can read a hard drive that was unlocked by config magic. I can unlock the hd on my pc and disable it. with atapwd. Then even open it up with xbrowser my eeprn.bin file is there, with my saved password I just can't open it up. I am basicaly tring to get my password info from my locked hard drive that the xbox wont unlock. I know that it is nearly impossible, but I am just trying for the sport of it. It was a totally modded box. It has configmagic and most of the most popular exploits on the hard drive including the saved eeprom.bin file I just can't quite get it.
