im not sure but they are all about a year old since they were all put on and im pretty sure they have never been updated ,
The main reason i want to do this is because my xbmc is not working properly it keeps freezing and just whenever i click on whatever option , files, movies etc it takes about 10 seconds to get into them so its all moving very slow

If you like your config the way it is, make sure to copy your Xbox Media Center.xml file to your PC first, then FTP the contents of whatever package you have downloaded OVER the original, so if you're looking at E:\Apps\XBMC just copy the contents from the .rar into your FTP explorer, overwriting everything it asks (just select "overwrite all") then, when it's done, FTP your Xbox Media Center.xml file back over and overwrite the one it threw in there, and you should be ready to rock.
NOTE: if it still doesn't work, go to your dashboard's Gamesave manager and delete the XBMC save file. This is usually a rare case, but it should fix any problems you MIGHT incurr. _________________ "That which does not kill you, only makes you stronger."

I've found that if you use a good quality cd it works pretty well. _________________ I think I like fixing Boxes more than using them!
