Let me introduce my self I am an n00b to the Xbox modding seen but I am not an n00b to computers.
I use Roxio Easy CD 7 to burn ISO Files, I use it because it’s convenient to for me to just double click on the ISO file but I have found that some games that I have ripped don’t work. I don’t know if it’s the way that it is ripped from the Xbox to ISO file (There are not a lot of options to change they way that you rip to ISO in C-XBox) or the way that the DVD needs to be written. I was wondering if people find they have a similar or run into this problem before and should I just use Nero and if so are there any links to what settings I should use in Nero.
let me explain to you what I have done with Xbox so far…
I have burnt about 10 DVD for Xbox with Roxio the ones I have downloaded have all burnt fine but last night it was the first time I borrowed some games and FTP’ed the games from the Xbox to ISO file. 3 of the 6 games I copied worked when one gave me a -1 error when ripping and 2 others after burning it just didn’t want to load up when turning on the Xbox.
Would this be a problem with using Roxio to burn disks or should I use Nero in the future?
