I flash and installed my Xbit. The light on the external adaptor is green. Doe this mean it was alligned correctly?

Nope, sorry mate.

You still need to either test it with a game or color your BIOS so that you can see when the chip is running the show, ie. the XBOX LED will change color.
I dont know if you know about that already?

You can find tutorials on how to do this on this site or xbox-scene.com.

The external LED just confirms that the CHIP is on not that its aligned correctly.
