i was recommended by some people here to use the xecuter 2 4983 bios. why not load the xecuter 3 bios as it seems more advanced. i am a noob so i want to get it right before i load it. by the way, i will be using the
xenium sp ice. mod chip.

It won't work.
The x3 bios is for the advanced x3 chip. there are more pins that adjust, LIVE (meaning, not on your computer, but on the fly ) I2C, allowing for you to do things in the x3 menu most chips do not offer.
Stick with a x2 or evox bios for the xenium. there is no other way to put it on there. _________________ XBOX v1.6
