omg i cannot play my backed up games without problems!!!!!!!! ok, I had Evox installed. Then i accidently clicked unlock hard drive on AID Deluxe. Then i tried to boot my hd. it wouldnt work. then i tried to reinstall evox and reinstall msdash and kept repeating the whole process trying new things and it didnt work. now i figured out how to lock my hd. i did it (thank god i copied my password before this happened) and i reinstalled msdash. now it boots up. then i tried reinstalling evox and it wont boot up. it stays on the screen with the X and Microsoft on the bottom. I reinstalled MSDash and it worked again but i put Halo 2 in and it said "Your Xbox requires service. Please call the Customer Care number listed in your Instruction Manual." Now what???? I have an extra hard drive that i could install all this on but how? would my xbox even work with it? is there a way i can fix this problem??? thnx for your help _________________ My Specs

i do but i cant run it on my xbox because i dont have a modchip. unless.... there is another way u know of. EDIT BTW i couldnt find UXE. if it is in xbins wut folder location would it be in. i couldnt find it. (i need the package for xboxhdm) thnx _________________ My Specs

im not vip. anywayz, i tried xbins but im banned because i already dled 30 files or 80 meg. idk but could u download it from xbins? its in XBOX\Exploits\_Packages\UXE, and send it through pm, thnx _________________ My Specs

hi,
The simplest way to fix i believe would be to follow PIRRUPS hotswap tutorial on our site which can recover any softmodded xbox from errors.. Sincee you have done a backup of the eeprom just make sure you get it to your pc for safe keeping.
If it was me i would just install a modchip and then boot AIdeluxe to format and reinstall everything but since you have a softmod you are right and cannot just boot..
If you can still boot AIDEluxe you cold format just the C:\ drive and then reinstall the softmod and M$ Dashboards..
There is alot of work to do with softmods and thats why i dont have one.. Modchip is AIDEluxe dream.

It worked. Finally. I also modded my PAL xbox with UXE. I am right now playin Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon for N64 on it. i love FTP. is there any other n64 emulators other than surreal?? its kinda laggy and the skys messed up. thnx _________________ My Specs
