personally if your xbox is working fine i would leave it.
There are no real benefits from using different bios loaders, bioses etc etc whether you have a modchip or softmod..
If it works i say leave it alone unless you are of course technically minded like some of the admins here.. You dont want to bite off more then you can chew and have to a HOTSWAP or something drastic to get your xbox working again.. it can be a drama for newbies for sure.
