I test my connection and everything is fine. Then I go to add folder. A list of my drives comes up. I click the drive (F or G or whateever) and a list of folders in the drive come up but when I click the folder "games" it says "unable to navigate /f/games/"
Why would it say that.
BTW when I FTP using UltraFXP I have no problem navigating those and any other folders.
Thanks for any help _________________ xbox v1.4

turn off your windows firewall and try again.
Hopefully thats all that is wrong..
If you have tested the connection when you setup it should be working fine.
I used to use it all the time..
I did have Qwix listed as an exeption but I dropped the firewall and attempted in anyway. Unfortunately it has not help and the exact problem remains. Any other thoughts. It's kinda baffling. _________________ xbox v1.4

if you can already ftp into your xbox there should be no reason that quix cant.. .. Double check your username and passwords again..
Maybe download another version of the quix software for your pc.. Could have been a bad build.
Personally i would do this.
1. Open Start Menu
2 Choose Run
3. Type 'cmd' and press enter
4. type 'ping 192.168.0.2' where 192.168.0.2 is your xbox ip address.. You should get a constant reply..
5. try this too if you want to keep it running longer 'ping 192.168.0.2 -t' without the ''.
you should get something like this:
Code:
C:\ping 192.168.0.2
Pinging 192.168.0.2 with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 192.168.0.2: bytes=32 time<1ms TTL=64
Reply from 192.168.0.2: bytes=32 time<1ms TTL=64
Reply from 192.168.0.2: bytes=32 time<1ms TTL=64
Reply from 192.168.0.2: bytes=32 time<1ms TTL=64
Ping statistics for 192.168.0.3:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 0ms, Maximum = 0ms, Average = 0ms
That tells me that my xbox is active and on the network ready to be connected with.. If you cannot ping your xbox then more then likely you have more security programs installed that you need to configure or disable until you get it working
